Statement of intent
- Media language- how your magazine or video follows typical form, codes and conventions to make meaning. How does it follow the rules, in terms of shots, mise en scene etc.? What makes it typical (or unusual)?
- Media representations- how the magazine or video portrays events, issues, individuals or groups. Who or what is portrayed? How do we know?
- Media audience- how the magazine or video targets and addresses audiences; and how the audience responds. What message should the audience get and how? How do they feel?
- Media industries- how your magazine or video would be produced, distributed and circulated in the real world. Which record label or publisher would produce it? Which platforms / shops would distribute the magazine / video? Would it be shared?
Media Representations: My music video will portray a sense of the Male gaze. At the beginning of the song I plan to have a slow motion shot of the featuring girl in order to show that the song is focusing on her.
Media Audience -
Media Industries - I will be publishing the video on Youtube. This is because Youtube is the best place to share videos and get views. The song will be shared, however it will be restricted to only those given the url.

Hip Hop Audience
https://brandongaille.com/25-good-hip-hop-demographics/
24 million confirmed people between the ages of 19-34, from a range of nationalities, ethnic groups and religions, are estimated to make up the core hip hop demographic.
1 out of 2 listener households has one or more wage-earners collecting a $50,000-plus income.
40% of the total hip hop audience is African American, which is more than double the population footprint of the Caucasian audience per capita.
There are slightly more women than men in the audience, but there are slightly more women than men in the general population.

The hip hop demographic doesn’t have a lot of cash, but they do spend it wisely on the things that they love. They actually spend more at specialty stores than the general population, which might be because the most common profession that is held by this demographic is an administrative or management position.

Minecraft cross - platform
1. Cross platform gaming is when a game allows gamers to play each other via multiple platforms e.g. Playing a game on a Xbox and being able to connect and play with someone playing on a PC.
2. The "Better Together" update is exciting to the gaming world as it allows cross platform gaming on platforms such as Xbox One, mobile devices and Windows 10 PC's
3. Children playing online games may not know who they are playing with and what sort of person they are playing with. Also, it is easy to lie about age and other information online, this could be used as a method for child grooming.
4. In my opinion, the future for cross platform gaming looks bright, it is a great way for players to connect without having to use the same platform. However, if every game in the future allows cross platform gaming, the use of a different console or platform will be rendered unnecessary and useless. People choose different consoles for the features on different games, if they are all made the same it won't be really effective for loyal customers.

1. Accroding to the writer, why might autistic children such as his son, be attracted to Minecraft?
They are able to experiment and do a lot of advanced things they couldn’t do in real life. Also they’ll be able to pick it up pretty quickly and it allows them to socialise. Also the visuals are simple, open designed and logical.
2. Which features are included in the education version Minecraft and how useful do you think they might be as an educational tool?
Teachers set up classroom servers where students build scale models of their own towns, learn about Geography, Agriculture, Architecture, Physics etc.
3. Because of Mojang’s simple and pure vision
4. Modding community means the people who develop Minecraft and make it more enticing for users.
5.
6. Minecraft collaborated with LEGO
